What You’ll Do:Recruit, train, and support franchise partners across regionsEnsure franchisee success through performance coaching and operational guidanceMonitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve location performanceMaintain brand standards, service quality, and customer experienceWork cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams

We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in franchise or multi-unit management (health & wellness a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze performance data and drive business improvementsPassion for wellness, customer experience, and brand consistency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
