Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for managing franchise sales, developing business plans for franchises, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to franchisees to ensure their success. Daily tasks will involve meeting potential franchisees, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
