Regional / Zonal Head – HPJK (Himanchal,Punjab,J&K)

Role Overview:The Regional Head – P&L will be responsible for driving overall regional performance by managingoperations, sales, customer experience, cost efficiency, and profitability.Key Responsibilities: P&L Ownership: Full responsibility for the region’s Profit & Loss, driving revenue growth and costoptimization. Develop and implement region-specific business plans aligned with organizational goals. Operational Management: Monitor and improve service levels, vehicles utilization, turnaroundtimes, and hub/branch operations. To ensure timely collection of delivery acknowledgments/PODs, submission of bills as well as collectionof payment from the customers. Sales & Business Development: Lead the regional sales team to achieve volume and revenuetargets especially in Retail/Express/PTL; build and maintain key customer relationships &retention. Team Leadership: Mentor, building team, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams includingoperations in the region. Cost Control: Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational excellence. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and timelysubmission of reports to Reporting Head/Management.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong Business and financial acumen Excellent leadership and people management skills Well understanding of logistics/transportation operations Ability to manage large teams and multi-location operations Effective communication and decision-making abilities Result-driven, proactive, and strategic mindsetQualifications & Experience: Graduate/Post-Graduate Min. 12 years of experience in logistics/transportation, with at least 3–5 years in a regionalleadership role.
