Job Title: Franchise Acquisition Lead

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Location: Noida (Area Delhi / NCR)

** Dealer / Distributor / Stockist / Franchisee / store

** Travelling

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement franchisee acquisition strategies
to achieve company growth targets.
Identify
potential franchise partners
through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective franchisees
from initial contact through to signing the franchise agreement.
Conduct detailed presentations, negotiations, and
franchisee evaluations.
Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise onboarding and compliance.
Monitor and report
on franchise acquisition metrics
, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities
, and regulatory changes affecting franchising.
Represent the company at industry events, franchise expos, and seminars to promote franchise opportunities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified franchise leads to ensure continuous growth.
