About the Role

Framer Developer

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to blend creativity with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch websites and interactive experiences using

  Framer

  .
• Translate Figma designs into fully functional, responsive web experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Implement animations, interactions, and micro-transitions for engaging user experiences.
• Maintain best practices for responsive design, performance, and accessibility.
• Work on internal and client projects, ensuring timely delivery with pixel-perfect quality.
• Support content and marketing teams with landing pages, microsites, and campaign assets.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Framer (must) as a no-code website builder. Applicants must share live project links beyond just portfolios.

• Strong experience in

  Figma

  for design collaboration and prototyping.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to extend Framer functionality (nice to have).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
