Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Engineer . The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing modern, responsive web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences, and contributing to rapid prototyping and polished front-end builds. You'll play a hands-on role in coding the core product, while also collaborating with designers and contractors as the project grows. The ideal candidate has experience owning front-end builds from scratch, is comfortable with fast-paced iteration, and brings strong Framer / Webflow expertise for building and refining web experiences. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS Create high-quality, responsive UI components and layouts Implement smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for better UX Collaborate closely with the founder/product lead to prioritize and deliver features Work on rapid prototyping and polished front-end builds using Framer or Webflow Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a frontend developer (preferably with product ownership experience) Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), and Tailwind CSS Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles Hands-on experience with Framer or Webflow is highly preferred Comfortable working independently or in small teams in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving, debugging, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities

About the Role We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to drive dydx Labs’ online presence, lead digital marketing initiatives, and build a strong content and brand strategy. You will be responsible for performance marketing, social media growth, and end-to-end content planning and execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of digital growth. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, giving you the opportunity to directly shape dydx Labs’ brand, communication, and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition. - Lead and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content and community interaction. - Create, manage, and execute content plans (blogs, newsletters, case studies, website copy, social posts, campaigns). - Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance across channels; provide data-driven insights. - Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and content to improve campaign performance. - Explore and test new growth channels, marketing tools, and trends. - Collaborate with design and development teams to align campaigns with business objectives. - Support sales initiatives with targeted marketing campaigns, email outreach, and lead nurturing content. Requirements - 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management. - Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO/SEM, paid social, and organic growth strategies. - Ability to lead content planning and create engaging, high-quality marketing content. - Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools. - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. - Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/agency environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
