Job Description

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive FP&A Systems Support Analyst

to join our Finance Systems team. The role will support

Cognos reporting

, FP&A operations, system access governance, outage coordination, and ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring smooth planning cycles, data integrity, and user satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:

    Provide hands-on support for

    Cognos reporting and FP&A systems

    , including configuration, setup, troubleshooting, and issue analysis.
  • User & Access Support:

    Handle user access requests, quarterly access reviews, and provide direct support to business users on data queries and system issues.
  • Data Ingestion & Master Data Management:

    Support P&L, Labor Cube data ingestion, validation, and quarterly master data freezes.
  • ServiceNow Ticket Management:

    Create, manage, and resolve tickets for incidents, support, and enhancements.
  • Outage & Close Cycle Support:

    Coordinate planned/unplanned outages, support monthly/quarterly close cycles, and maintain dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Documentation & Training:

    Maintain training manuals, onboarding content, and business content repositories.
  • Budget Support:

    Assist with fiscal year updates, monthly rate uploads, and validations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in

    Cognos reporting tools

    .
  • FP&A support experience in financial systems operations.
  • Proficiency in

    ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

    .
  • Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, labor costing, and master data structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to

    Planning Analytics (TM1)

    or other FP&A platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial close cycles, budget processes, and global master data management.
  • Experience with dashboards, metrics reporting, and data visualization.
