Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules including

    TPRM

    ,

    GRC

    , and

    IRM

    .

  • Manage

    update sets

    creation, migration, and troubleshooting.

  • Design and manage

    dashboards

    for performance insights and reporting.

  • Create and maintain

    policies

    ,

    checks

    , and

    instances

    in alignment with compliance frameworks.

  • Install, configure, and maintain

    MID Servers

    and

    Agent Client Collectors

    .

  • Develop and manage

    event and alert management rules

    to ensure proactive monitoring.

  • Perform

    ITOM troubleshooting

    and ensure smooth integration and system performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ServiceNow processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in

    ServiceNow development and administration

    .

  • Strong working knowledge of

    TPRM

    ,

    GRC

    , and

    IRM

    modules.

  • Experience with

    update set management

    ,

    dashboard design

    , and

    policy management

    .

  • Proficient in

    MID Server

    and

    Agent Client Collector

    configuration and maintenance.

  • Hands-on experience with

    event/alert management

    and

    ITOM troubleshooting

    .

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

    or

    Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

    certification.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.

  • Knowledge of risk and compliance standards such as

    ISO 27001

    or

    NIST

    .
