Job Description

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow development.

Strong expertise in designing and customizing Service Portal.

Sound understanding of ITSM processes and workflows.

Familiarity with CSM and SPM modules is preferred.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS and Bootstrap.

Exposure to Flow Designer, Script Includes and UI Actions.

Mandatory Certificate: Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Demonstrated strong problem-solving and communication skills.
