Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
Perform detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) to highlight key business drivers and risks.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to management.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to analyze P&L impacts and improve cost efficiency.
Drive financial planning processes including forecasting, scenario modeling, and rolling plans.
Conduct business performance reviews to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
Support management reporting, board presentations, and investment analyses.
Work on rebate accounting, accruals, and revenue forecasting (where applicable).
Build and automate dashboards for KPI tracking (revenue growth, margins, OPEX, ROI).
Ensure adherence to financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and financial analytics tools.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to convey complex insights to senior management.
