Job Title: FP&A Manager (Global Operations)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Global experience preferred)

About the Role:
Join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, where you’ll lead global forecasting, performance analysis, and strategy planning initiatives. If you're passionate about driving insight, managing teams, and improving business outcomes — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
• Build and manage cash flow and working capital models.
• Deliver high-impact presentations for leadership, board, and investor meetings.
• Implement new forecasting tools and refine financial systems.
• Manage a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally.

What You Bring:

• Qualified Accountant with 7+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and financial tools like Anaplan, Board, Power BI, or SAGE X3.
• Strong communication, leadership, and innovation skills.
