Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning cycles: annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Build and refine financial models, MIS reports, and dashboards to track performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, highlight business risks/opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial outcomes with strategy and growth.
• Drive board presentations, investor updates, and key leadership discussions with data-backed insights.
• Ensure strong FP&A practices balancing governance, accuracy, and agility.
• Operate as both a

What We re Looking For

• CA / MBA Finance / CFA with

  5 12 years of experience

  in FP&A, Business Finance, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning.
• Strong analytical ability combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to partner with leadership and influence key decisions.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environments.
• A builder s mindset willing to roll up your sleeves while shaping strategic direction.
