About the Role Senior Product Manager Were looking for a Senior Product Manager who blends product thinking with delivery excellence. You ll be responsible for owning the product roadmap and driving execution across cross-functional teams. In addition to shaping the product vision, you ll also manage delivery timelines and sprint execution in close collaboration with engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, product-led SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to business and user goals Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and execution plans Own sprint planning, tracking, and release readiness using Agile/Scrum practices Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment Lead Agile ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives Monitor and maintain healthy sprint velocity and delivery timelines Drive execution of product features with clarity, speed, and quality Remove roadblocks and prioritize tasks in partnership with the Head of Engineering Conduct user research, analyze data, and validate feature effectiveness Own documentation and communication for stakeholders and leadership Foster a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement What We re Looking For 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager Proven ability to drive product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies with delivery ownership Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Hands-on understanding of full-stack software environments (preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Asana, Confluence, or equivalents Experience in SaaS or EdTech product companies is a strong advantage Must be based in Chennai or open to relocate Why Join Us At iamneo, youre not just building features you re shaping how the next generation of tech talent is nurtured.
