As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining master data elements essential for FP&A planning processes. Your expertise in business planning will be highly valuable, and familiarity with SAP BPC master data structures will be an advantage. - Lead the sustain assurance process for the PPM product estate, managing project & squad management, scheduling, costing, communication, change management, and governance. - Own and update the Sustain Playbook to ensure alignment with the Change and Technology teams' practices. - Drive the adoption of the Sustain Assurance Methodology to ensure products meet customer expectations. - Coach cross-functional teams to establish key conformance metrics for readiness to move into sustain phase. - Manage, mentor, and develop the Digital Product Sustain analyst. - Provide leadership as a subject matter expert in Sustain Assurance processes. - Define and implement an assurance reporting framework for a complex global function. - Apply change management principles in a PPM and digital context. - Effectively set up and manage governance forums with stakeholders of all levels. - Organize and manage tasks with meticulous attention to detail and within specified timelines. Qualifications Required: - Business/Finance Degree level or equivalent. - Preferred education/certifications: Degree level or equivalent in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry. - ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent financial qualifications. - Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent). - Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience as a scrum master or project delivery lead is preferred by the company.
