FP&A Analytics and Digitization

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and setting up master data elements essential for FP&A planning processes. Your strong business planning knowledge will be a valuable asset in this position, along with familiarity with SAP BPC master data structures, which is considered a plus. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the sustain assurance process for the PPM product estate, involving project & squad management, scheduling, costing, communication, change management, and governance. - Owning and maintaining the Sustain Playbook to ensure ongoing alignment with the Change and Technology teams" ways of working. - Driving the adoption of the Sustain Assurance Methodology to ensure that products meet customer expectations. - Coaching cross-functional teams to establish key conformance metrics supporting readiness to move into sustain. - Managing, guiding, and developing the Digital Product Sustain analyst. - Providing leadership as a subject matter expert in the Sustain Assurance processes. - Defining and implementing an assurance reporting framework for a complex global function. - Applying change management principles in a PPM and digital context. - Setting up and managing governance forums effectively with stakeholders of all levels. - Managing tasks in an organized and detail-oriented manner within required timelines. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Business/Finance Degree level or equivalent. - Preferred education/certifications in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry. - ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent financial qualifications. - Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent). - Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Please note that experience as a scrum master or project delivery lead is preferred for this position.,
