FP&A -Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting across the organization. The role involves evaluating KPIs, analyzing variances, building financial models, and providing strategic insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and explain variances vs. budget/forecast.
• Build and present detailed financial and variance analysis for key expense lines.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Support monthly, annual, and long-range planning cycles.
• Prepare and maintain OPEX reports (Direct, Indirect & Fixed) and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives in partnership with Corporate, Business, and Supply Chain Finance teams.
• Develop and report headcount, manpower cost analysis, and workforce planning models.
• Assist in process improvement, automation, and enhanced analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to standardize reporting templates and key operational metrics.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, especially in OPEX analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
