FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and reliable financial analysis and projections, acting as a finance business partner to the accounting team and other business functions.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that include thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions for leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into financial data to identify and research variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses, proactively highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with central FP&A groups and business partners to define and track key metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Lead and support corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area, with a focus on FP&A.
• Proven experience as a finance business partner, ideally supporting a sales or go-to-market function (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, etc.).
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Demonstrated experience in developing financial reports and metrics.
• Superior analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence others and drive projects across an organization through effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a view of the big picture.
• Experience with the Anaplan platform is a plus.
