Our client is innovating the operating system for on-chain capital and finance , aiming to make DeFi yield and debt optimization accessible and efficient for everyone. They are launching a suite of products designed to unify fragmented liquidity and simplify user journeys within the decentralized finance space. This is a high-paced, challenging environment for a small, fast-moving team . They are seeking a highly driven Product Owner/Manager with a proven 0-to-1 track record. The role offers the unique opportunity to directly shape their growth trajectory and be a direct beneficiary of the success you bring. As the Growth Lead, your mission is clear: You’ll be the torchbearer for growth — driving visibility, traction, and partnerships across ecosystems. From writing a sharp Twitter thread, to closing a distribution partnership with a DeFi protocol, to representing ETHGlobal or Token2049, this role demands creativity, hustle, and a genuine passion for the crypto space. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing 🌍 Visibility & Distribution Build and execute multi-channel growth strategies to maximize exposure of products across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster, and newsletters. Own our presence at major crypto events (ETHGlobal, Token2049, Permissionless, etc.) — sponsor, speak, or hack. Track and leverage narratives (Restaking, RWAs, LRTs) to plug into the right conversations at the right time. 🤝 Partnerships & Community Build and maintain strong relationships with protocols, aggregators, DAOs, influencers, and thought leaders. Identify and close win-win distribution partnerships to drive TVL, user acquisition, and awareness. Maintain a presence in all relevant crypto communities — be known as “the guy.” 🧪 Growth Experiments Design, launch, and measure creative growth experiments — referral loops, product-based incentives, ambassador programs, content campaigns. Use data to double down on what works and quickly kill what doesn’t. Collaborate closely with product, design, and dev teams to ensure experiments are shipped fast. ✍️ Content & Evangelism Craft sharp, native content across channels (X posts, threads, Mirror blogs, meme campaigns). Talk about the product in public — from Twitter Spaces to panel discussions. Translate product features into language users understand and care about. ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have 3–6 years of experience in growth, BD, marketing, or community at a top-tier startup or crypto project. Have seen 0→1 or 1→10 growth journeys and know what it takes to build traction from scratch. Are deeply immersed in crypto — you know the protocols, narratives, influencers, and vibes. Are equally comfortable hopping on a partner call, writing a banger thread, or debugging a growth funnel. Have a “get shit done” attitude — you’re not waiting for permission or perfect playbooks. Have strong written and verbal communication skills (bonus if you’ve written viral threads or blogs). Can travel to major crypto events and represent as a thought leader. 💎 Bonus Points You’ve built an audience or are active on CT / Farcaster. You’ve worked on DeFi protocols or aggregators.
