What You’ll Do

• Own Features

  : Design, build, deploy, and maintain our core web application.

• Collaborate & Strategize

  : Work closely with the founders on product direction, architecture, and technical strategy.

• Move Fast

  : Iterate quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, shipping early and often.

• Leverage the Cloud

  : Help optimize and maintain our cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar), ensuring scalability and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• Startup Experience:

  1+ years working at an early-stage startup or as a founder — you understand the ambiguity and pace that come with building from 0 to 1.

• Full Stack Expertise:

  Proficiency in Next.js, React, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Supabase.

• Cloud Experience:

  Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms, including basic DevOps best practices.

• AI-Driven Development:

  Experience using AI coding agents like Cursor, WindSurf, or similar tools to accelerate development workflows.

• AI Integration:

  Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Replicate, Anthropic) and implementing AI-driven features

• Ownership Mentality:

  You don’t wait for permission — you spot problems, solve them, and own the outcome.

• Bias for Action:

  Comfortable working in sprints and iterating quickly based on feedback.

• Customer Focus:

  You care about end-user experiences and gather feedback to continuously improve.
