Job Title: Founding Engineer - Full Stack (React / Node.js) Location: Remote Company: CounterOne About CounterOne Founded in 2025, CounterOne is redefining how people manage digital documents. We’re building a smart, user-first platform that makes storing, organizing, and accessing files effortless — powered by automation, intelligent search, and seamless workflows. Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React (Next.js) , Node.js , MongoDB , and MySQL to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure features that bring our vision to life. Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React (Next.js) and Node.js Design, build, and optimize database schemas in MongoDB and MySQL Implement APIs, integrations, and backend services with security and performance in mind Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX into responsive, high-performance interfaces Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Requirements Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript 1+ years of experience with React (Next.js) and Node.js Experience working with both MongoDB and MySQL databases Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern backend architectures Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Nice to Have Knowledge of authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.) Experience in building scalable SaaS platforms What We Offer Opportunity to work on an impactful product from the ground up Flexible work hours and remote-friendly setup Growth opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment A collaborative team that values creativity, autonomy, and learning How to Apply Send your CV, portfolio, and GitHub profile to careers@counterone.co with the subject “Full Stack Developer – [Your Name]” .
