About the Role As a Founding Frontend Engineer at Cenna, you will lead the creation of intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our agentic services platform. Your work will define the user experience, ensuring our AI-powered products are accessible, responsive, and visually compelling. Responsibilities Design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies Implement pixel-perfect designs that align with product vision and user needs Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to integrate APIs and AI-driven features Work with product and design teams to iterate on UI/UX based on user feedback Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence Requirements 5+ years of frontend development experience Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, Material-UI, Shadcn) Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Haves Experience building interfaces for AI-driven or data-intensive applications Knowledge of WebGL, animations, or advanced visualization techniques Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment Contributions to open-source frontend projects Prior experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment Apply for this Position Ready to join our team?
