Founding Engineer, AI

As a Founding AI Engineer at Cenna, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our AI-driven agentic services platform. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing and implementing state-of-the-art AI models and systems that serve as the backbone of our products, delivering revolutionary user experiences. You will be tasked with building multi-modal compound agentic systems and deploying AI/ML models to enhance Cenna's agentic capabilities. Your expertise will be crucial in fine-tuning SLMs/VLMs for optimal performance, scalability, and efficiency. Collaboration with fellow engineers to construct robust data pipelines for training and inference will be essential, as well as working closely with product teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into the platform. Staying abreast of the latest AI research trends and incorporating cutting-edge techniques will be part of your role, along with mentoring team members on AI best practices and methodologies. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data science. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment is required. Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication are essential traits for this position. A deep understanding of agentic AI systems, generative AI models, and MCPs would be a valuable asset, along with experience in MLOps/AIOps platforms and contributions to AI-related open-source projects.
