Founding Engineer, AI

As a Founding AI Engineer at Cenna, you will spearhead the development of our AI-driven agentic services platform. You will design and implement cutting-edge AI models and systems, shaping the core intelligence that powers our products and delivers transformative user experiences. Responsibilities: - Build multi-modal compound agentic systems - Develop and deploy AI/ML models to drive Cenna's agentic capabilities - Finetune SLMs/ VLMs for performance, scalability, and efficiency - Collaborate with engineers to build robust data pipelines for training and inference - Work with product teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform - Stay ahead of AI research trends to incorporate state-of-the-art techniques - Mentor team members on AI best practices and methodologies Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development - Expertise in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) - Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data science - Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Haves: - Deep understanding of agentic AI systems, generative AI models & MCPs - Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps platforms - Contributions to AI-related open-source projects - Experience in a startup or fast-paced innovation environment Apply for this position Ready to join our team We'd love to hear from you!
