What You’ll Do

• Architect and build the platform from the ground up — backend, frontend, and AI-powered automation modules.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to shape our technical strategy, roadmap, and engineering culture.
• Integrate legacy systems and design intelligent, audit-friendly workflows for large enterprise clients.
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor future hires as we grow the team.
• Ship, iterate, and scale real-world AI deployments powering mission-critical business processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (preferably in startups or SaaS environments).
• Expertise in scalable web applications, cloud infrastructure (AWS), containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in React / Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Passion for automation, integration, and solving real business problems in BFSI or enterprise B2B.
• A builder’s mindset — proactive, curious, and eager to turn ideas into production-grade systems.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
