The Role

What You'll Do:

• Build the Brains:

  Design, build, and deploy the core machine learning models for our intelligent B2B matching and discovery engine.

• Innovate with NLP:

  Develop and prototype novel NLP algorithms to analyze complex business documents and identify hidden barriers and opportunities.

• Develop the Backend:

  Create the backend services, data pipelines, and APIs (Python/FastAPI/Flask) required to connect our data, models, and user interface.

• Integrate and Automate:

  Work with a variety of public and proprietary data sources to build the logic for our platform's unique reporting and analytics features.

• Collaborate and Create:

  Partner closely with the founders to define what's technically possible and with our UI/UX designer to ensure your AI outputs are presented beautifully.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on building and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
• Expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., scikit-learn, spaCy, pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask preferred).
• A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously and make smart technical decisions in a "0-to-1" environment.

• Bonus Points for:

  Full-stack experience (e.g., React/Next.js), familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Supabase), and knowledge of containerization (Docker).
