As a key member of the Founder's Office, your role will involve working closely with the Founder across various departments such as strategy, operations, finance, and analytics. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive innovation, manage investor relations, support global expansion, and enhance customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and projects - Own responsibilities in strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships - Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances - Drive innovation and new initiatives within the organization - Assist in investor relations and fundraising activities - Support global expansion strategies and market entry initiatives - Contribute to talent acquisition and development efforts - Prioritize customer experience and satisfaction **Qualifications & Skill Set Required:** - 4+ years of experience in management/strategy/consulting or fast-paced startup environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics.
