About the Role - As a Founder’s Office Role, you will work directly with the core team and the founders on high-priority strategic, operational, and growth initiatives. This is a cross-functional role that requires hustle, analytical thinking, execution excellence, and a bias for action. If you're entrepreneurial, love wearing multiple hats, and want to get a 360-degree view of building a music-tech company from the inside — this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities - · Strategic Projects: Drive high-impact projects across growth, operations, content, partnerships, and product. Work as a generalist to solve problems hands-on. · Data & Insights: Monitor platform metrics, user performance, campaign data, and identify opportunities for optimization. · Content & Investor Relation: Draft internal documents, investor updates, support documentation, marketing content, and strategic emails. · Operations & Coordination: Own special ops tasks — from managing creator collaborations and product drops to troubleshooting platform issues with tech, marketing & support. · Founder Support: Be the right hand to the founders — helping in meetings, notes, research, scheduling, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. What We’re Looking For - · 1–3 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations · Strong Advanced Excel skillset · Ability to build Financial Models · Exposure to product, tech, or growth team is a plus · Strong written and verbal communication skills
