Key Responsibilities: Actively generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking. Present and explain Wooble’s offerings to prospects clearly and effectively. Drive product adoption by guiding customers through the sales funnel. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Responsible for managing the entire sales process , from lead generation to closing the deal. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities. Good time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations, email, and CRM tools. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred). Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer acquisition is a plus. Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence are encouraged to apply.
