Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern who can help us tell powerful visual stories—about music, creators, and culture. From social media reels and artist interviews to launch trailers and behind-the-scenes content, your work will shape how Beat22 is seen and felt. Key Responsibilities • Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns • Create reels, teasers, product demos, and motion graphics that elevate the Beat22 brand • Repurpose existing footage (user-generated content, product videos, interviews) into dynamic edits • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and A&R teams to visualize artist-driven narratives • Maintain consistent style, pacing, and brand tone across all video assets • Source royalty-free music, effects, and footage when required Requirements • Strong portfolio or showreel of past editing projects (freelance, academic, or personal) • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools • Basic skills in After Effects or motion graphics a plus • Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and compression for social/web platforms • Creative instincts for storytelling, pacing, and transitions • Passion for music, youth culture, and digital content • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment with minimal supervision Perks • Be part of a pioneering music-tech startup that empowers artists • Your videos will reach real musicians, creators, and investors across India and beyond • Internship certificate + Letter of recommendation • Opportunity to convert into a full-time role • Flexible schedule and creative freedom
