Job Description

Client is a model training and eval startup headquartered in the Bay Area. We are

founded by IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad and ex-Google alumni, and work with some of the

top AI frontier labs in the world, e.g. Google Deepmind, Snowflake, and many more.


We are backed by Prosus Ventures, and our India delivery office is in Hyderabad. Most of our roles

are on-site i.e. Bay Area / Hyderabad.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Founder’s Office professional with 3-6 years of experience

from top-tier consulting or venture capital backgrounds, preferably with prior startup

experience. This high-impact role works closely with the founders to lead strategic initiatives,

drive growth projects, and support critical decision-making in a fast-paced, scaling

environment.


Key Responsibilities

● Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the founders.

● Lead key projects across business strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and product

launches.

● Conduct market research, opportunity assessments, and data-driven business

analysis.

● Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams and streamline execution.

● Help define and track company-wide goals (OKRs) and operational priorities.

● Prepare presentations and materials for board meetings and investors.

● Solve complex problems with agility and resourcefulness in a startup setting.


Required Qualifications

● 3 to 6 years experience in management consulting or venture capital.

● Prior hands-on startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and influence senior leaders.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA is a plus.
