At Generally Critical , we've built the Founder's Find Fellowship a six-month guided learning experience that helps ambitious professionals master startup decision-making through simulations, live mentorship, and AI-powered feedback . Our learners don't just study strategy they live it . Role Overview As Program Manager , you'll be the nerve center of the Founder's Find experience. You'll ensure every learner moves smoothly through live sessions, simulations, reflections, and feedback cycles turning chaos into clarity. Think of yourself as part operator, part educator, part community architect. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end learner journey from onboarding to completion. Manage the program calendar , live sessions, and office hours with precision. Coordinate between mentors, simulation evaluators, and learners. Track learner progress and surface insights to improve NPS and engagement. Build operational systems using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable. Experiment, automate, and simplify you'll constantly refine how the program runs. What You'll Bring 13 years of experience in program or operations management (edtech/startup/accelerator preferred). Strong comfort with digital tools Notion, GSheets, Zapier/Make, CRMs. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Empathy, patience, and bias for action you love helping learners succeed. A systems-thinker mindset: you notice inefficiencies and fix them before anyone asks.
