Role Overview

Program Manager

Think of yourself as part operator, part educator, part community architect.

What You'll Do

• Own the

  end-to-end learner journey

  from onboarding to completion.
• Manage the

  program calendar

  , live sessions, and office hours with precision.
• Coordinate between mentors, simulation evaluators, and learners.
• Track learner progress and surface insights to improve NPS and engagement.
• Build operational systems using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
• Experiment, automate, and simplify you'll constantly refine how the program runs.

What You'll Bring

• 13 years of experience

  in program or operations management (edtech/startup/accelerator preferred).
• Strong comfort with digital tools Notion, GSheets, Zapier/Make, CRMs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and bias for action you love helping learners succeed.
• A systems-thinker mindset: you notice inefficiencies and fix them before anyone asks.
