About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly driven individual to join the Founder’s Office — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and wants to help shape a brand from the inside out.

This role will work directly with the Founder, leading marketing, digital, and branding initiatives end-to-end, while also managing cross-functional special projects that drive brand growth and business impact

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Strategy:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, and retail channels
• Drive content strategy and social media growth
• Oversee agency relationships (creative, digital, PR) 

Brand Building:

• Partner with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency across packaging, communication, and experiences
• Translate brand strategy into storytelling and campaign assets that resonate with our audience

Special Projects with the Founder:

• Manage high-priority initiatives that span marketing, partnerships, product launches, and community-building
• Act as a strategic right-hand — helping prioritise, execute, and track key deliverables
• Support fundraising decks, brand collaborations, and market expansion projects

Cross-functional Leadership:

• Collaborate with product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on business goals
• Drive project timelines, reporting, and performance reviews 

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or strategy — with at least 2 years in a skincare or beauty brand (must-have)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems — paid media, social, and influencer marketing
• Exceptional execution skills: you turn ideas into outcomes with speed and precision
• Brand-first thinker with an eye for design, storytelling, and consumer psychology
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working closely with a founder in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setup
• Strong communication, analytical, and people skills
