Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Founders Office (Marketing & Growth) position specializing in Legal Tech. The role involves collaborating closely with the founding team to design and execute marketing and growth strategies. Responsibilities include market research, developing content, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing growth performance metrics, and identifying areas for process improvement. Additionally, the role may involve working across different functions to support business operations and partnerships for achieving strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Marketing and Growth Strategy: Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, optimization, and implementing growth strategies.
• Content and Communication: Strong skills in content creation, creative writing, copywriting, and ensuring high standards of communication.
• Research and Analytics: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
• Project Management and Collaboration: Ability to manage tasks collaboratively, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to organizational success.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the legal tech industry is a plus.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.

Stipend:
