Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Founder's Office Lead to support our Founder in research, coordination, and strategic execution. This full-time on-site role in Vishakhapatnam involves managing key projects, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders to drive the Founder’s strategic and operational priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and set up meetings with potential investors, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring that all interactions align with the Founder's schedule and strategic objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and various internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and financial models to support the Founder in pitches, negotiations, and internal meetings.
  • Manage correspondence and strategic follow-ups with key contacts.
  • Attend meetings and briefings with the Founder, taking notes and providing summaries to ensure clear action items and follow-ups.
  • Support the Founder in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and decision support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong research, report preparation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and high-level executive support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large data sets accurately. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Proven record of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Preference for candidates with industry research experience informing founders’ strategic and investment decisions.
  • Previous experience in venture capital or private equity is highly preferred.
