Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Work directly with the Founder on business strategy, growth plans, and client initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to support decision-making.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure smooth execution of key projects.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in planning and organizing business meetings, pitches, and partnership discussions.

•⁠ ⁠Manage communication, documentation, and follow-ups for ongoing initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Support daily operations and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and growth.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Interest in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business management.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

•⁠ ⁠Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
