Responsibilities

As a Founder’s Office Intern, your work will be diverse and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Shopify Management

   : Handle the flow of the Shopify website and related plugins to ensure seamless operations.

2. Automation

   : Automate marketing material flow and other processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.

3. WhatsApp Optimization

   : Develop and improve WhatsApp messaging systems to increase sales and customer retention.

4. Research

   : Conduct research on various topics as required by the founder, such as market trends, competition, and product strategies.

5. Foreign Expansion

   : Assist in developing strategies for international expansion, including cold outreach and converting bulk orders in collaboration with the founder.

6. Team Coordination

   : Manage the design intern and ensure timely completion of required work.

7. Ecommerce Platforms

   : Handle operations and growth on platforms like 

   Amazon, Flipkart

   , and others.

8. Online Presence

   : Contribute to the growth of the startup’s online presence across platforms.

9. Offline Distribution

   : Help execute distribution strategies to expand offline presence.

10. Adhoc Sales & Operations

    : Support sales and operational tasks as needed.

11. General Startup Tasks

    : Take on various tasks as required by the startup, ensuring smooth operations and growth.

12. Customer Interaction

    : Engage with past customers to gather insights and brainstorm new ideas for growth.

Requirements

• Strong interest in 

  startups, innovation

  , and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Organizational skills

   to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and creating efficient workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like 

  Shopify

  , 

  Excel/Google Sheets

  , and familiarity with 

  ecommerce platforms

   like Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
• Interest in

   and automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with the founder, team, and external stakeholders.
