Responsibilities

Sales & Operations Intern

1. Customer Interaction

   :

• Call customers to assist with queries, address their concerns, and build strong relationships.
• Handle WhatsApp queries promptly and professionally to provide excellent customer service.

1. Order Management

   :

• Pack and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and proper delivery of orders.

1. Customer Feedback

   :

• Follow up with customers after delivery to collect reviews and feedback.
• Use customer insights to suggest improvements in processes and services.

1. Customer Satisfaction

   :

• Focus on creating a positive and seamless experience for all customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Operational Support

   :

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) to handle customer interactions effectively.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order packing and timely deliveries.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of tools like WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
