Responsibilities

As a Founder’s Office Intern, your work will be diverse and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Product Management

    : Focus on expanding new products, and making the current ones better.
  2. P & L:

    Find ways to expand the revenue from the current business lines.
  3. Automation

    : Automate marketing material flow and other processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.
  4. Research

    : Conduct research on various topics as required by the founder, such as market trends, competition, and product strategies.
  5. Ecommerce Platforms

    : Handle operations and growth on platforms like 

    Amazon, Flipkart

    , and others.
  6. Online Presence

    : Contribute to the growth of the startup’s online presence across platforms.
  7. Offline Distribution

    : Help execute distribution strategies to expand offline presence.
  8. Adhoc Sales & Operations

    : Support sales and operational tasks as needed.
  9. General Startup Tasks

    : Take on various tasks as required by the startup, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
  10. Customer Interaction

    : Engage with past customers to gather insights and brainstorm new ideas for growth.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in 

    startups, innovation

    , and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills

     to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of

    brand building, and marketing.

  • Analytical mindset for problem-solving and creating efficient workflows.
  • Proficiency in tools like 

    Shopify

    Excel/Google Sheets

    , and familiarity with 

    ecommerce platforms

     like Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
  • Interest in 

    AI tools

     and automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with the founder, team, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to 

    changing priorities

     and take ownership of tasks.
  • Minimum commitment of 

    3 months
