Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development:

• Build & manage relationships with

  Employers, Training Institutes, Colleges, Recruiting Firms, and Staff Augmentation Companies

  across India.

• Founder’s Office Support:

• Manage calendar, handle calls/emails, and support research & preparation for meetings.

• Candidate Engagement:

• Communicate with candidates availing

  career support & training services

  .

• Representation:

• Attend business meetings/events (virtual & in-person) to represent Recruiting Genie LLP.

• Brand Awareness:

• Support social media & communication initiatives to boost visibility.

Optional (Recruitment Exposure)

If the intern is interested, they can also:

sourcing, screening, and coordination

·      Learn how end-to-end hiring cycles are managed in startups & SMEs.

·      Support in building talent pipelines for project-based hiring.
