Job Description — Founder’s Office Intern Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi (On-site) Organization: VM2CLOUD Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time Internship) Future Path: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) — Based on Performance About VM2CLOUD VM2CLOUD is an engineering-driven organization specializing in the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of modern cloud infrastructures using OpenStack, Ceph, and advanced virtualization technologies. We partner with enterprises and technology teams to build secure, scalable, and agile private cloud environments backed by high-touch technical expertise. The Founder’s Office operates as the strategic anchor of the organization—driving initiatives that span technology, pre-sales, operations, and customer success. Role Overview The Founder’s Office Intern will work directly with the Founder, supporting high-impact initiatives across technical research, customer discussions, program execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for an engineering-oriented candidate who enjoys understanding technology, simplifying complex information, and contributing to customer-facing conversations and internal strategic workstreams. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Program Support Work with the Founder to drive priority deliverables across engineering, delivery, and business functions. Prepare structured reports, meeting notes, trackers, and internal briefs to support decision-making. Conduct industry and competitive research related to cloud technologies and infrastructure trends. 2. Technical Understanding & Insight Development Build a working knowledge of cloud components, virtualization, storage systems, and OpenStack concepts. Assist in creating architecture summaries, PoC documentation, internal technical notes, and solution comparisons. Simplify technical information into clear, actionable insights for customers and stakeholders. 3. Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement Support Participate in customer calls alongside the Founder; capture key requirements and follow-up actions. Assist in preparing proposals, solution decks, project briefs, and tender documentation. Contribute to technical content for presentations, collateral, and solution overviews. 4. Operations & Coordination Support day-to-day execution rhythms—task follow-ups, internal coordination, stakeholder alignment. Collaborate with engineering teams, partners, advisors, and vendors on active projects. Take on ad-hoc high-velocity assignments across GTM, product input, and customer readiness. Qualification Engineering graduate (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent technical degree. Ability to grasp technology fundamentals such as cloud, servers, networking, virtualization, and Linux basics. Comfortable engaging with technical jargon and translating it into simplified explanations. Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for pre-sales and customer interactions. Good documentation skills — ability to prepare structured notes, diagrams, and solution briefs. Curious mindset, strong learning agility, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Prior exposure to Linux or IT tools is preferred but not mandatory.
