Founder's Office Intern

The Prashraya Welfare Foundation (Team Aashraya) is India's leading section 8 registered youth led NPO working for the welfare of society.in 20+ states. We are seeking dedicated and proactive interns to join the Founder's office. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the non-profit sector, develop leadership skills, and contribute to impactful social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assistance to the Founder:

 - Support the Founder in daily activities and management.

 - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.

2. Team Coordination:

 - Facilitate communication and coordination among various teams across 22+ states.

 - Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

 - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing projects.

 - Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

4. Communication and Correspondence:

 - Handle email correspondence and manage incoming inquiries.

 - Draft and edit documents and communications on behalf of the Founder.

5. Research and Analysis:

 - Conduct research to support project development and strategic planning.

 - Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.

6. Administrative Support:

 - Perform general administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.

 - Handle any other tasks assigned by the Founder.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for social work and community development.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Educational Background:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
