Stipend: ₹10,000 (can be negotiated if you have a lot to offer)

About Away

Away is a new-age coworking brand with upcoming centers in Bangalore and Vizag. We’re creating thoughtfully designed spaces that go beyond just desks and Wi-Fi. Our spaces combine natural light, wellness-focused amenities, sunlit lounges, artisanal coffee, modular work zones, and a strong sense of community.

We believe workspaces should energize you, not exhaust you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the founder across multiple verticals, gaining an unfiltered view into how a venture is built from the ground up. Your role will be dynamic, and you’ll have a front-row seat (and a hand) in building:

• Partnerships: Researching and helping close brand and café tie-ups, vendor alliances, and creative collaborations.
• Growth & Strategy: Supporting campaigns, launches, and outreach initiatives to grow the brand’s presence and impact.
• Finance & Modeling: Assisting with cost modeling, profitability analysis, and business plan updates.
• Interiors & Execution: If you have a background in interior design or project coordination, you’ll help with layouts, sourcing, and vendor management for our new centers.
• Systems & Ops: Documenting processes and building systems to scale hiring, onboarding, community ops, and lead pipelines.

About You

• You're curious, reliable, and hungry to learn—not just about the “what,” but the “why.”
• You’re excited by design, community-building, and the idea of making work feel more human.
• Bonus if you have past experience in:
• Interior design / space planning
• Project management
• Excel / financial modeling
• Partnerships
• You’re okay with ambiguity, love making lists, and take initiative.
• Freshly out of college 

Note: This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Bangalore. Given the time commitment required, we are currently only accepting applications from candidates who are either in their final year of college (and can commit significant time during the semester) or have recently graduated.
