Role Description

Executive Assistant

If you have a strong foundation in business thinking, excellent writing skills, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced startup environment — we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities

• Manage founder’s calendar, meetings, prep notes, and follow-ups
• Draft proposals, SOPs, and pitch decks for partners, clients, and investors
• Track business initiatives, internal projects, and team bandwidth
• Conduct market and competitive research to support decision-making
• Assist in strategic outreach, partnerships, and GTM planning
• Ensure operational efficiency and communication clarity across the org

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in strategy, operations, founder support, or consulting-style roles
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute with discipline
• Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
