Role Overview

We are hiring a Founder’s Office Associate – a dynamic role designed for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being part of a fast-growing tech company. This position provides direct exposure to the Founders’ strategic initiatives and involves responsibilities across HR, Operations, Project Coordination, Documentation, and Client Relationship Management.

What You’ll Do

• Support Founders in day-to-day strategic and operational activities

• Coordinate projects, maintain documentation, and ensure timely execution

• Manage HR-related tasks – recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, employee engagement

• Handle client communications and strengthen relationships with partners & stakeholders

• Assist in performance tracking, reporting, and process improvements

• Play a key role in building and scaling the organization alongside leadership

Who We’re Looking For

• BTech graduates (priority for lady candidates from Kerala) with strong communication & organizational skills

• 0–3 years of experience (freshers with high learning mindset also welcome)

• Interest in HR, operations, and client engagement

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to work closely with leadership in a startup environment

• Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving mindset
