Job Description

As a Founders Office Assistant at Brand Catapult, you will play a crucial role in supporting the founder in managing daily operations, team coordination, and client interactions. Your exceptional leadership skills, proactive decision-making, and ability to handle both internal and external stakeholders independently are key to excelling in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact between the founder and the team, conveying instructions and updates effectively. - Take ownership of office operations to ensure seamless functioning in the founder's absence. - Monitor and coordinate tasks across departments, ensuring timely execution and smooth workflow. - Provide leadership to the team, address concerns, and offer guidance as needed. - Take charge of projects and new initiatives under the group company, managing them from inception to completion. - Lead project management efforts, ensuring efficient execution of new initiatives. - Handle client interactions independently, from discovery calls to pitch presentations. - Maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries promptly and ensuring client satisfaction. - Actively participate in new business interactions and discovery meetings as a key member of the Founders Office. - Maintain meticulous notes for every meeting and ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared for internal and external meetings. - Keep track of meeting schedules and communication, ensuring effective coordination. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or leadership role, preferably in an agency environment. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and project management tools. - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate projects effectively. Location: Shahpurjat, Delhi Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays) Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM,
