Job Description

Role:- Founders’ Office Location:- Gurugram About ACE-Impact: ACE-Impact is a 9-month hybrid accelerator in Delhi NCR where we work closely with founders to help them get to product-market fit and set them up for scale. We do this by creating a unique sandbox for nonprofits, which includes support for leveraging data/evidence, partnering with the government, and applying product and tech expertise. Our goal is simple: help build 20 non-profit unicorns —organisations that impact a million people or 5% of their target user base meaningfully—over the next five years. We are a team of founders & builders with extensive experience scaling organisations. Varun (MIT alum) previously founded Aspiring Minds which he exited for $100M . He also co-founded FAST India to fix India's science & research ecosystem. Shubham (IIT Delhi alum) previously co-founded a social impact startup backed by Y-Combinator. Shailendra , an ISB alum, is a senior product leader with experience building products at MakeMyTrip & Spinny. Over the last couple of years, we’ve worked with six non-profits . They are working on improving the agency of rural women, alleviating poverty through cash transfers and building a tech-enabled platform for scholarships, amongst others. Job Description: We are hiring for a Founders’ Office role- someone to work closely with The Change Engine’s leadership team. In this role, the candidate is required to prioritise and drive several internal and external initiatives, including running and operating our cohort programs, building the non profit ecosystem, interfacing with investors, organising workshops and events etc. In the Founders’ office role, you will get an opportunity to work hands-on with our incubated non profits and support them in their scale journeys. We are quite a small team and you will get considerable independence to plan and execute things to meet the objectives. Responsibilities: A role where you work directly with the leadership team to help build and grow new initiatives around helping non profits Source and evaluate potential non profits for the ACE Impact cohort, identifying high-potential organizations that align with Change Engine’s focus areas Manage and support the ACE Impact cohort, ensuring smooth execution of programs. Prepare preliminary briefs on potential nonprofit organizations for selection and partnerships Support marketing efforts to promote ACE’s initiatives, including outreach campaigns to attract high-quality applicants and building thought leadership Organise and coordinate mentorship sessions, workshops, and networking events In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience in nonprofits, consulting, policy research, impact investing, or related sectors Entrepreneurial, passionate and go-getter Strong analytical skills and excellent execution skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing environment yet being organised and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to enhance organizational strategies.
