We seek to match and eventually exceed the best startup ecosystems in the world, such as those in Silicon Valley and China, in creating global AI, deeptech and consumer companies. The center will work on the following areas:

• Support state governments in framing differentiated policies & programs for startups; including in the designing of startup incubator/accelerator sandboxes.
• Develop funding/co-funding mechanisms by the government to crowd-in private investment and develop patient capital.
• Assist policymakers in easing regulations for entrepreneurs, investors and funds
• Research and help implement reforms in government procurement methods as a way to support startups
• Create resources for startups for discovering and accessing government support

About the role:

As a co-founder you will be responsible for co-building the organisation with us. Change Engine’s team will closely work with you and support you through strategic inputs, catalytic funding and access to networks and resources.

Ideal founder profile:

An ideal person would be someone with:

• 7+ years in venture capital, startup hubs/incubators with deep understanding of funding structures and capital needs across startup stages.
