Founders Intern

Good Health Store is a fast-growing nutrition and wellness brand focused on making high-quality health products accessible and trustworthy. As we expand our footprint, we’re building systems, partnerships, and processes that accelerate growth across communities.

We are looking for a Founder’s Intern, a high-energy, curious and driven individual who wants to work directly with the founder and contribute across multiple high-impact functions. If you’re someone who loves wearing multiple hats, thinks fast on their feet, and is excited by real startup action, this is for you.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

1.Market Research

> Research emerging sectors and opportunities for expansion.

> Prepare concise reports and insights for decision-making.

2.Lead Generation & Outreach

> Identify and qualify business leads.

> Research industry events, exhibitions and partnership opportunities.

> Support outreach campaigns for business pipeline building.

3.Presentations & Pitching

> Create high-quality pitch decks, sales presentations, and business documents.

> Assist in structuring narratives for partner, distributor, and stakeholder meetings.

4.Social Media & Content Support

> Ideate content aligned with brand communication.

> Assist with posting schedules, engagement, and platform strategies.

5.Event Representation

> Represent Good Health Store at relevant events.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills to support business strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency in communication, content writing, and content development
• Marketing knowledge, including social media management and customer engagement
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

What we offer

• 25 hours/week with fully flexible working hours
• Stipend upto ₹5000/month+ incentives upto ₹20,000
• Travel reimbursement for attending official events
• 5 days paid leave across the internship duration
