🚀 Join the Pure Wiff Adventure as a Founder’s Associate Intern! About Pure Wiff Pure Wiff is a rapidly growing air-fragrance brand on a mission to make every space smell amazing. Headquartered in Jaipur, we bottle premium fragrance oils and bring them straight to homes and cars across India. Duration 3–6 months (extendable if we love working together!) What You’ll Do You’ll be in the driver’s seat with the founders, owning projects that span the entire business: Dream Up Strategy: Hunt down market trends, spy on the competition, and help craft launch plans for shiny new products 🕵️♀️📈 Make Marketing Magic: Brainstorm scroll-stopping social posts, emails, and content—then watch your ideas boost our numbers 🎨✨ Build Products: Tag along on fragrance R&D, coordinate sample shoots, and gather real feedback to make our scents even better 🧪💡 Streamline Ops & Supply: Map workflows, track raw-material levels, and find clever ways to speed up production 🚚📦 Fundraise Like a Pro: Research investors, draft killer pitch decks, and help line up meetings with potential backers 💸🤝 Crunch Numbers & Dashboards: Spin up Google Sheets dashboards to track sales, ad performance, and production yields—then share the story behind the data 📊🗣 Be the Glue: Keep marketing, manufacturing, logistics, and support teams in sync so nothing falls through the cracks 🤹♂️🔗 Founder Wingman/Wingwoman: Tackle whatever pops up—urgent slides, quick analyses, or last-minute brainstorming sessions 🚀 What We’re Looking For Zero Diploma Required: High-school grads, freshers, career-switchers—if you’re curious and coachable, you’re in! 🎓➡️🛠 Data Nerd or Creative Spark: Whether you love numbers or love storytelling (or both!), you’ll fit right in. Go-Getter Attitude: You see problems, you solve them, and you don’t stop until it’s done. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable in Google Sheets/Slides and eager to pick up new digital tools.
